Course Registration Periods

The course registration period for current APU students begins shortly after grades are announced for each semester. Please refer to guidance materials for registration period details.

The subjects available for registration and cancellation vary according to registration period. Please note that subjects not from your college will be counted as general elective credit. The course timetable will be made available before the course registration periods begin.

Registration Priority

Course registration is conducted according to a priority system. Students with high GPA (grade point average) are permitted to register prior to other students. Students may check their GPA via the Campusmate or on their grade report.

  • Priority Registration Period 1: Students whose cumulative GPA or GPA for the previous semester was 3.0 or higher.
  • Priority Registration Period 2: Students whose cumulative GPA or GPA for the previous semester was 2.5 or higher.
  • Regular Registration Period: For all other students.
