Where should I pay my tuition fees?
Please take your tuition invoice (payment slip) to your bank and make your payment there. You may also pay your tuition invoice using the automatic payment method available through a JP Bank account. If you wish to make a payment this way, please contact the Administration Office on 0977-78-1112 and speak to one of our tuition payment officers.

I've lost my tuition invoice. How can I get another one?
Please come to the Student Office in person and fill in a reissue application. Once we confirm your name and student ID number we can issue you with a new one either by post or over the counter.
My tuition invoice hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your tuition invoice has not been delivered to your address two weeks prior to the deadline for payment, it has probably been returned to APU by the post office. Please come to the Student Office to pick it up.

If you change your address or phone number, please update these details by yourself via Campusmate. If you do not update your address, your invoice will be sent to your old address. Please submit a Change of Address Notice at the Post Office to have mail forwarded to your new address. The Post Office will forward mail from your old address for one year.
Can I make a transfer payment from an ATM?
If you make a payment from an ATM we have no way of distinguishing whose tuition has been paid. Please contact the Administration Office and speak with one of our tuition officers at:

Can I be issued with a receipt?
As a rule, we do not issue receipts. However, when you make your payment you will receive a stamped payment slip. This is attached to your invoice and serves as your receipt. If you pay by automatic bank payment, you can check that your payment has been made by the entry printed in your bankbook. Also, as a proof of your payment or scheduled payment, “Certificate of Payment” and “Certificate of Scheduled Payment” will be issued upon your request (Subject to fees).
