Yamato Transport Co. has constantly strived for the satisfaction of their customers. As a result, various business models such as the “Cool Delivery Service”, “Specified Time Delivery Service” etc. were developed which are often taken for granted today.
In recent years Yamato Transport Co.’s challenge has been to introduce the advanced courier system which succeeded in Japan, in Asia, where there is significant economic growth and delivery hubs have been established in Shanghai and Singapore .
At this Top Seminar, various approaches of Yamato Transport Co., including the challenges Ogura Masao, the founder, faced and the company’s leap into the world will be discussed.
