APU Seminar House (Facilities Overview, Application Forms)

Seminar House has been established as a means for students to further their studies, research, or cultural activities on a self-motivated or group basis. We ask that people who are intending to use Seminar House do so in a moderate and thoughtful way so as to not cause disturbances to AP House residents and other organizations.

Booking and Using the Seminar Room

Reservations for the AP House Seminar Room can be made up to one month in advance, and applications must be made at least ten days before the day you want to use the room.

2 Receive approval 10 business days prior to the event * Your organization needs to receive approval from the Student Office for an event using the Seminar House. Student Office (Extracurricular activities team) The application method and forms vary depending on the type of activity, such as "Clubs/ Circles," "Event/ Project," "Multicultural Weeks," or other types of activities. Apply according to your activity type.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is it possible to change the members?
 - Changes can be submitted up until 16:30 the day before your reservation.
2. Can people not affiliated with the University stay in the APU Seminar House?
 - If you submit a visitor report to the Student Office, it may be possible.
3.  Can a group that is not affiliated with the University stay in the APU Seminar House?
 - It isn't possible. At least one APU student must stay with Non-APU students. In addition, you must let the visiting group know in advance that your organization will be responsible for them. If there are any problems, the organization who invited the visiting group will be held responsible.
4. What should we do if we want to use facilities other than the seminar house?
 - Please contact the Security Office.
