Course Registration Advising Sessions and Graduation Requirement Confirmation Sessions

Course Registration Advising Sessions / Graduation Requirement Confirmation Sessions will be held in-person or online via Zoom.
Please follow the directions below to apply.

Course registration and grade report services will be temporarily unavailable during the Campusmate out of services period. You can find out more about the out of services period from the ‘Information’ section of the Campusmate login screen.

Course Registration Advising Sessions

The Academic Office accepts requests for sessions any time.

How to Apply

1. Send the information shown in ① – ⑤ below in an email to acsubmit@apu.ac.jp.
① Name ② Student ID Number ③ Topic you wish to discuss ④ Requested date/time for session ⑤In-Person Session or Online Session
※ Available dates/times for sessions are shown below. Please provide at least three options.
※ Topics which do not require confirmation of your identity may be carried out over email.

Monday, Wednesday - Friday 10:00-16:30
Tuesday 11:30-16:30

2. Your appointment date/time will be emailed to you from acsubmit@apu.ac.jp, so please be sure to attend your session.
[Online via Zoom Session]
Please attend your session using the Meeting ID from the email.
※ Please check here for details on how to install Zoom.
※ We will need to confirm your identity, so please keep your camera on during the session.

[In-Person Session]
Please come to the meeting place for your session at the designated time.
*Please be sure to prepare all required materials.
*Please be sure to wear a mask.

What to Prepare (at the time of the Session)
  • Student ID Card (Used to check your identity at the start of the session)
  • Paper or data copy of your Course Registration Confirmation Page from Campusmate, (latest version)
  • Paper or data copy of your Grade Report from Campusmate (latest version)

You will be unable to use Campusmate directly before, and shortly after, both the course registration period and release of grades dates. You can find out more about the out of services period from the ‘Information’ section of the Campusmate login screen.

  • Please check the information and rules in the Undergraduate Student Handbook.
  • Check your own credit status and course registration status on Campusmate.

Post-Session Plans or Goals

You are responsible for making sure you understand the contents of your session and for making any final decisions.


Graduation Requirement Confirmation Sessions

The Academic Office offers sessions to improve students’ understanding of their graduation requirements and help them make plans to carry out their studies systematically until graduation.

How to Apply (Consultation via Email Only)

1.Fill out the “Credit Completion Status Checklist” and submit it to acsubmit@apu.ac.jp.

2.After receiving the Credit Completion Status Checklist, the Academic Office will comment on the graduation requirements, stamp it with the official Office stamp, and mail it back to the student.

You will be unable to use Campusmate directly before, and shortly after, both the course registration period and release of grades dates. You can find out more about the out of services period from the ‘Information’ section of the Campusmate login screen.
You will not be able to check your Course Registration screen from the day grades are announced until the day before Course Registration Period A, so please check your Grade Report Screen and fill out as much of the Course Registration Confirmation Sheet as possible.

Notes
  • Sessions do not serve as proof of whether a student is approved for graduation.
  • Accelerated Graduation Program students and transfer students should include that information in their application.
  • The Post-Session “Credit Completion Status Checklist” is not an official document and cannot be submitted to external organizations (for job offers, graduate school applications, etc.).
