How to Sign Up
This year, participants should register for the fair in advance. Same day walk-ins are also possible, but your registrations will help us execute the fair as smoothly as possible. On the day and time of the fair, please use the above Meeting ID to access the fair through Zoom.

Getting the Most out of the Fair

Step-by-step guide
to Participation
① Participate in the Fair with the Zoom ID | |
② A:Students who registered in advance You will be assigned to you first choice university booth (breakout room). |
② B:Students who did not register in advance Speak to the host in the main room and ask to join a university booth you are interested in. |
③ Listen to representatives in the booths and ask questions. | |
④ Return to the main room after about 10 minutes. | |
⑤ Ask the host in the main room to send you to another booth. | |
⑥ Leave the Zoom when you are satisfied. (You can repeat steps ⑤ and ⑥ as many times as you’d like!) |
Important Points for Participants
- Please keep your camera on.

Please remain in one booth (breakout room) for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes have passed, please visit another university booth. - Please understand that representatives may suddenly become unable to participate.
