Writeen test, which is the commonly used aptitude test system used in the Japanese recruitment process for employment is a hurdle that all job hunters will have to overcome at some point of their journey in Japan. Conducted in Japanese language, this could be quite stressful especially for foreigners. Regardless the language, all test-takers must prepare, investing a significant amount of time to prepare for this test.
