“Evolution of Safeguard Policies of the Asian Development Bank: Learning on Involuntary Resettlement”
When appraising a project, a safeguard element (impact of a project on environment and local community) is the area on which ADB attaches highest emphasis. Understanding this requirement would facilitate securing a loan from ADB. |
