Goals for 2018
Establishing the Center for Inclusive Leadership (CIL) and laying the groundwork for initiating a branding strategy through research based on international accreditation. Upon establishment of the CIL, a keynote address by a world-renowned researcher in leadership theory will be given to inform Japanese business schools and AACSB schools in Asia of the center's establishment. To promote the image of the university as base for the research, cultivation and implementation of inclusive leadership nationally and internationally by initiating activities through presentations at AP conference sessions and business case competitions both in Japan and abroad, and by appealing to the university's international branding strategy in QS-APPLE.

【Branding Strategy】
- Create a project-specific webpage and outsource brand image research.
- Advance our overseas branding strategy through participation and presentations at the QS-APPLE general meetings.
- Advance our overseas branding strategy through participating in and sponsoring business case competitions, both in Japan and abroad.

- Organize or participate in a symposium dedicated to inclusive leadership
- ② Research on teaching methods

- Participate in and sponsor national and international business case competitions and create opportunities for students to demonstrate their abilities as inclusive leaders to encourage their growth.
