Collaborating with children’s homes to support social participation through events and educational activities.

What is LifeLine?

LifeLine has partnered with a local welfare home to bridge the gap between children living in welfare homes and the broader community. The organization aims to create an environment where these children can thrive as active members of society by hosting monthly events at the welfare home, such as cooking classes and festivals.

Additionally, LifeLine will introduce a mentorship program for high school students, focusing on developing essential soft skills. To further support their mission, the group will organize fundraising activities to provide children with opportunities to gain diverse experiences in society.

Opening Event Held

On December 7, 2024, shortly after being selected for Project B, LifeLine held a "Cook and Connect" event at Beppu Heiwaen, with 13 children participating.
Together, they made mango lassi and s'mores, and enjoyed games and other fun activities. Through events like this, the group aim to strengthen ties with the local community and contribute to the growth and well-being of the children.
