STOP

STOP
Offering sessions and workshops that encourage APU students to proactively manage their mental and physical health.

What is STOP?

STOP is a project that aims to help APU students deepen their understanding of health and wellness and take a positive approach to managing their mental and physical well-being.
By ensuring that each student has accurate knowledge about personal health and mental health, the program supports the ability to practice self-care in everyday life. To achieve this, STOP offers informative sessions, physical activity–based workshops, and ongoing information sharing.
