APU Library’s Preventative Measures Against COVID-19 (Updated November 10, 2021)
APU Library Opening Hours
Our opening hours starting Wednesday, October 7, will be changed as shown below.
Class days: 8:30 – 24:00
Non-Class days: 10:00 – 18:00
MMR will also be replaced.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Please make sure to wear a mask when entering the Library.
- Please distance yourself (at least 2 meters) from other library users.
- Access to the library is granted for study purposes only.
Please clean up the area before and after use by yourself. Please be sure to pick up the cleaning sheet at the entrance.
Off-campus visitors will be permitted to visit the library and use library services (starting November 10, 2021).
Please be sure to read all rules and regulations before visiting the library.
However, based on the COVID-19 situation going forward, the library may again suspend access for off-campus visitors.
Postal Mail Lending Service
If you would like to send materials via postal mail, please follow the procedure below.

- When you send the materials, please send an email to us to let us know. (email@example.com）
The material will be counted as returned after it arrives at the library, so please check the return status from MyLibrary.
The Reference Counter also offers an online service for those who have difficulty visiting the library.
The staff will help you find materials for your thesis or report.
Since April 12, 2021, reservations are required to use Online Reference Service.
Please apply via the survey below to make a reservation at least one day before the day of desired use.
