Paper work after completion of activity

(1) Please be sure to submit the following documents via e-mail to the Student Office within 2 weeks of the last day of the event. (If you are organizing a large-scale event and it is difficult to submit the documents within 2 weeks, consult with the Student Office in advance to discuss an appropriate deadline.)

• 1. General overview report
• 2. Budget Planning and Financial Report Form (Excel)
• 3. Event PR (Caption) and photos for SNS post
  *The event PR and photos submitted will be posted on the Student Office's Instagram account.

(2) In addition to the above, Organizations that are receiving a subsidy must also submit the following.

• 1. Bank Registration Form (Sample)
• 2. Bank book copy
