Post-event requirements
Submission of all documents
(1) Please be sure to submit the following documents via e-mail to the Outreach and Research Office within 2 weeks of the last day of the event. (If you are organizing a large-scale event and it is difficult to submit the documents within 2 weeks, consult with the Outreach and Research Office in advance to discuss an appropriate deadline.)

- 2. Budget Planning and Financial Report Form (Excel)

Event PR (Caption) and photos for SNS post
*The event PR and photos submitted will be posted on the Outreach and Research Office's Instagram account.
(2) In addition to the above, Organizations that are receiving a subsidy must also submit the following.
- 1. Bank Registration Form (Sample)
- 2. Bank book copy
