and make reservations using reservation book at Student Office counter.

This message is being sent to the representatives, deputy
representatives, accountants, and system administrators for
all APU clubs and circles.
Beginning with reservations for April 22, the classroom
reservation system will change as follows:
Current system: Classroom reservation confirmation information
and notices are sent via personal message on Campus Terminal.
New system: A classroom reservation confirmation sheet will
be placed in the organization's mail folder in the Student Office
after the reservation request is submitted.
Personal messages will no longer be sent, so please be sure to
check your organization's mail folder.

The representative and accountant of organizations applying for a subsidy must attend this guidance.
Please note that organizations absent from the guidance will not be able to apply for a subsidy.
For questions and concerns, feel free to ask at the guidance.

Continuation guidance sessions for all student organizations will be held on the below schedule.
Please note that organizations absent from the guidance have been denied registration from April 19.
This is a very important guidance so please make sure that two members from your organization attend.
Those two members do not have to attend same guidance. They can attend the guidance separately.
At the guidance, we will be explaining rules and be giving specific examples of problems we encountered in the past with registered organizations.
