To the Student Organizations that are required to clean up the atelier.

The Student Office is atelier clean-up day for Multicultural Week.

Please see the attached for areas your organization have to clean.
Also, please make sure that at least five or more members from your organization have to be present at each area.

If your organization does not send the required number of members or did not participate in this clean up, your organization will not be allowed to use the campus facilities after March 1, 2017.

We will let you know the details middle January by personal message.

The Student Office is holding a facilities clean-up dayfor student organizations and event committees.

Please see the attached for the facilities your organization have to clean.
Also, please make sure that at least two or more members from your organization have to be present at each area.

If your organization does not send the required number of members or did not participate in this clean up, your organization will not be allowed to use the campus facilities after January 1, 2017.

We will let you know the details early July by personal message.

sports facilities for Fall Semester 2nd Quarter. (From November 30, 2016 to February 1, 2017)
Need to confirm their reservation period, and make reservations using the reservation
book at the counter in the Student Office.
*This does not include classroom reservations.

Other Organizations: 02/Nov/2016(Wed) 10:00 – 8/Nov/2016(Tue) 16:30
And also attend the facility meeting.
Understand that you cannot use facilities if you are absent from this meeting.

*Organizations who use the gym, ground, or tennis court: 13:00-

*The meeting will start on time. Do NOT be late!
*If any organizations have a scheduling conflict, the organizations must negotiate a solution among themselves; therefore, your organization should have someone who can negotiate for you attend the meeting.
*organizations need to make sure they have at least one member attending for each facility they want to reserve.
