All clubs and circles planning an overseas trip during summer break

Overseas activity guidance sessions will be held according to the schedule below.

  • Even if you have not decided whether or not your club or circle will actually go, any organizations that might travel overseas must attend all of these guidance sessions.
  • Attendance will be taken at these sessions, and any members or organizations that do not attend will not be permitted to travel overseas as an activity.
  • Students who participated in the guidance session last academic year must attend the guidance session if they will be traveling in the summer break.
  • Even if travel destination is some member’s home country, they still need to attend guidance session.


Guidance Session Schedule

  1. Overseas Trip Leader’s Guidance Session
    Wednesday, June 15, 4:30pm-5:30pm, in F109
    Two representatives from each organization must attend this guidance session on the procedures required. No reservation required.
  2. Safety and Crisis Management & Vaccination Guidance Session (For students who will travel overseas but not to their home country.)
    Wednesday, June 29m 5th period, in F102 (Japanese), F103 (English)
    Students who will travel overseas but not to their home country must attend this guidance session.
  3. Safety and Crisis Management & Vaccination Guidance Session (For students who will travel to their home country.)
    Wednesday, July 13, 5pm-5:40pm, in FII 121
    Students who will travel to their home country must attend this guidance session.
