Period during which facilities can be used after application/approval: October 3, 2022 (Monday) ～ March 31, 2023 (Friday)
However, the following periods are not available
- Tuesday, November 15, 2022 ～ Wednesday, November 23, 2022
(※Before and during examinations) - Saturday, December 24, 2022 ～ Monday, January 9, 2023
(※During winter vacation) - Tuesday, January 24, 2023 ～ Friday, February 3, 2023
(※Before and during examinations)
※Other periods may be unavailable due to entrance examinations or special circumstances. ※Circles wishing to use the facilities for competitions or performances during the above periods when the facilities cannot be used should submit a "Special Request Form". If approved, use may be permitted.
