①Submit registration documents to Student Office 20 working days prior to the day of the event

  1. Application for Registration of Autonomous Events (WORD)
  2. Detailed Activity Plan (WORD)
  3. Member List (Excel)

②Approval the organizations
The representative of the organization will be informed via Campus Terminal in regards to whether approval has been granted within five working days (excluding holidays) of the above documents being submitted.

Students ③Start activities
Students

④Submit following documents to Student Office 10 working days prior to the day of the event

  1. Event Application for Autonomous Events (Type A) (Excel)
  2. Detailed Activity Plan (WORD)
  3. Member List (Excel)
  4. Budget Planning Sheet (Expenditure, Income) (Excel)
  5. * The subsidy from APU will not be granted for "Autonomous Events (Type A)".

Students ⑤Event day
Students

⑥Submit following documents within 10 working days of the last day of the event

  1. General Overview Report (WORD)
  2. Final statement of account report (Excel)
