Post-event requirements

1) Submission of all documents

Please be sure to submit the following documents (see below) to the Student Office within ten working days of the last day of the event. (If the scale of the planning is too arduous to complete and submit the documents within ten working days, please come to the Student Office in advance to discuss an appropriate deadline before submitting the documents).

i) General overview report
ii) Final Statement of Accounts Report

2) Clearing the Student Council Room (for organizations that used the Student Council Room only)

In principle, the Student Council Room may be used for up to ten working days after the completion of the event. Once the Student Council Room has been cleared, please report to the Student Office.
