Application for new residents at AP House 3 has been closed.
＜Additional recruitment in January 2023＞
AP House 3 is currently accepting applications from eligible students: those who are returning to APU after taking a leave of absence and those who have been enrolled in the university for one year or more. Students who wish to apply should read the guidelines written below carefully and apply online through Lime Survey.
Details of the recruitment
- Eligible students:

①Students residing in AP House 3 as of January 2023.
②Students who is returning to APU from the Spring 2023 Semester after taking a leave of absence.
③Students who have been enrolled for one year or more in the 2023 Spring semester. - Recruitment number of applicants:
- The maximum of ten students in total

*You can access the URL once the application period starts - Application period:
- Starts from Friday, January 27, 2023, and will continue until ten applicants
- Notification date of application results:
- After Thursday, February 9

The number of rooms available is limited.
Priority will be given to international students currently living out of Japan. Students living in Japan and are returning to APU between their second and seventh semesters are requested to find their own housing. -
Students who are selected to move into AP House 3 must pay the necessary fees by the designated date.
The details of the payment fees will be notified following the notification of the application results. Students who move into AP House 3 must complete the required payment by the designated deadline.
If students are unable to make the payment within Japan before entering AP House, please send the amount via international remittance. In case that the university cannot confirm your payment by the designated deadline, your application will be canceled.

Necessary Fees Upon Entering AP House 3
AP House fees: AP House 3 fees will be renewed for students moving in from February 2023 onwards.
＜Students who plan to move in between March 16th and the last day of the month＞
The total payment for new residents: 148,500 yen (33,000 yen for the Moving-in fee, 66,000 yen for the Security Deposit, and 49,500 yen for one month and a half of rent)
＜Students who plan to move in between April 1st and the 15th of the month＞
The total payment for new residents: 132,000 yen (33,000 yen for the Moving-in fee, 66,000 yen for the Security Deposit, and 33,000 yen for one month rent)
●Please complete the automatic payment procedure for the AP House fees within two weeks after moving into the AP House.
