1.Check the「Outlook」Settings

  1. Please log in to Outlook on the web (https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/) using your PC's web browser.
    • You may not be able to check the settings on your smartphone or tablet, so be sure to check the settings on your computer.
  2. Please click [Settings] (gear icon) in the upper right of the screen, click [View all Outlook settings], and check that all the settings are recognized.
    • Especially, the following 6 items are highly likely to be abused by an attacker who stole your ID/password, so please check them carefully.
    • [Account]-[Automatic replies]
    • [Account]-[Mobile devices]
      • If your device is listed, click the pencil-shaped Edit icon and verify that the registered device is one you recognize.
    • [Mail]-[Rules]
    • [Mail]-[Sweep]
    • [Mail]-[Junk email]
    • [Mail]-[Forwarding]
  3. Please make sure that the Add-ins contains only what you have registered.
    1. In the same web browser, visit the Outlook add-in page: https://aka.ms/olksideload.
    2. Please make sure that the My add-ins contains only what you have registered.

2.Check the「People」Settings

  1. Please click the [Contacts icon] on the left side of the screen, then make sure that the People contains only what you have registered.

3.Check the「Calendar」Settings

  1. Please click the [Calendar icon] on the left side of the screen, then make sure that the Calendar contains only what you have registered.

4.Check the「To Do」Settings

  1. Please click the [To Do icon] on the left side of the screen, then make sure that the To Do contains only what you have registered.
