“Thailand Corner” Established at the APU Library
- Event
A new “Thailand Corner” has recently been established at the APU Library. This special collection was made possible through the generous donation of books from the Royal Thai Embassy in Japan.
The corner features a wide range of materials, including Thai language learning resources as well as books on Thai culture, history, and society, creating a space where students, faculty, and staff can learn more broadly about Thailand. It is designed not only for students studying the Thai language, but also for anyone interested in Thai culture or seeking opportunities to discover new knowledge.
In addition to classroom learning, the corner provides opportunities for visitors to engage directly with authentic cultural materials, encouraging more active learning, and deeper understanding of diverse perspectives and intercultural awareness.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Royal Thai Embassy in Japan for their generous support in establishing this corner.
We warmly invite everyone to visit the library and enjoy discovering the richness of Thailand and new learning experiences through the “Thailand Corner.”
