AP Language program to Meet Diverse Needs
Each language offers courses ranging from introductory to upper-intermediate levels. Students who have completed a certain level may also take more practical “Language Global Learning” courses. These courses leverage APU’s multicultural and multinational environment to enhance language proficiency through authentic and active learning experiences. In addition, the campus provides ample opportunities to interact with international students and faculty who are native speakers of these languages, allowing students to further develop practical skills through active engagement.
Various Learning Programs
In AP Language classes, students gain practical and valuable experiences through initiatives such as participation and support from native-speaking students, as well as special lectures featuring successful alumni. In addition, classes are offered in collaboration with other universities and external institutions, providing further opportunities to deepen learning.
Further Practical Application
In addition to learning on campus, there are a variety of programs that allow students to immerse themselves in different cultures on-site, deepening their understanding of the languages, cultures, and societies of the Asia-Pacific region.
