Registration
All presenters (including Co-presenters) whose abstracts have been accepted are required to register for the conference and pay the fee in advance.
*Co-authors who are not presenting do not need to register.
Participation is free of charge for Audience members. However, registration and payment are required if you wish to attend the Social Gathering (On the evening of Day1).
Please register by logging in to your “My Page” account, that you created when you submitted your abstract, and click a “New/Additional Registration” under the “Registration” section.
* If you would also like to apply for accommodation, please return to “My Page” from the "Confirmation" page without entering your credit card information. Then, click "New/Additional application” under the "Accommodation" section and complete your application.
Confirm your application on the “Confirmation” page, and check "Include in Payment" for both "Registration" and "Accommodation". Also check "I have confirmed the application contents", and then proceed to the payment process.

- The fee category is determined based on the applicant’s status as of June 30, 2026.
- If multiple presenters submit the same paper, each presenter must pay the participation fee.
- Registration will be confirmed only after payment has been received.

button. - The participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
【Social Gathering】
Venue : Grand Mercure Beppu Bay Resort & Spa.
A complimentary shuttle bus service will be available from the APU Campus to the hotel (approximately a 12-minute ride). After the Social Gathering, the shuttle bus service will also be available to Beppu Station (no intermediate stops).
Application for Accommodation
Please apply for accommodation by clicking the “New/Additional Registration” under the “Accommodation” section after carefully reading “Procedure” (open by clicking) on the right side of the page.
- *Accommodation is subject to availability, as the number of rooms is limited.
- *Please issue and download invoices and receipts from the button.
Payment Deadline (Conference Registration and Accommodation)

* Please note that if payment is not received by the deadline, your registration and/or accommodation reservation may be considered to be canceled.

Only online payments by credit card are accepted.
