The Ritsumeikan Center for Asia Pacific Studies (RCAPS) of the APU Research Office will host a “RCAPS Onigiri Seminar” organized by APU-APS Professor SATO Yoichiro. At the seminar, Dr. ELDRIDGE Robert of the Eldridge Think Tank will give a special talk entitled “Understanding Okinawa’s Current Base Referendum Effort: A Comparison with Previous Plebiscites to Challenge State Authority.”
