On June 17th, an RCAPS seminar was held, hosted by Professor SATO Yoichiro of the College of Asia Pacific Studies. The seminar welcomed Dr. Ryan Ashley, affiliated with the Yokosuka Council on Asia-Pacific Studies and the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
