The Ritsumeikan Center for Asia Pacific Studies (RCAPS) of the APU Research Office will host a “RCAPS Current Research Seminar.” At the seminar, Ms. TRAN Thi Bich (RCAPS Visiting Research Fellow), will give a special talk entitled “The Role of Political Leaders in the Institutionalization of ASEAN Plus Three.” This event is free and open to all.
