Thank you very much for selecting me for the APU Alumni Association Support Change Makers Fund. My name is Hayato Honda, and I am the representative of MYSHOKU, a platform for visualizing allergy-friendly information.
In May 2025, I participated in the finals of the Tongali Business plan contest 2025 held in Nagoya, where I was honored to receive the Nomura Securities Award.
I have personally lived with over 30 severe food allergies since childhood. While an estimated 25.4 million patients and their families in Japan feel anxious about dining out, restaurants also face challenges due to the burden and risks of accommodating allergies. MYSHOKU aims to solve these issues for both sides, with the ultimate goal of creating a global integrated platform for food allergies.
With your generous support, I will continue to strive toward a food-barrier-free society, and I sincerely appreciate your continued encouragement.
