I currently manage a foundation in Kyoto that financially supports organizations addressing social issues and enhancing local values. We operate by gathering funds—similar to crowdfunding—to provide both financial and resource-based support to public interest and research activities.
Looking back, this is a career path I never envisioned when I first enrolled at APU. My encounters with friends at APU and my experiences during internships served as catalysts for choosing my current profession. There have been instances where my connections from APU directly benefited my work.
Beyond my professional life, even my personal hobbies were sparked through connections with friends from APU. This has significantly broadened my personal network and has had a substantial impact on the life I lead today.
It would bring me great pleasure if this donation could contribute to your learning and activities. I encourage you to make full use not only of the financial resources available, but also of the extensive network of APU alumni.
