- ○ Do you have anything you would like to say to the students of APU?

My name is Miho Izumi, I graduated from APS in 2005. After graduation, I spent over 10 years in the education franchise industry, working on establishing overseas branches, talent development, and organizational management. Since 2017, I have been supporting the expansion of Japanese companies into Asia and Asian companies into Japan in my current role.
During my time at APU, I was actively involved in an education-focused student organization, taking on challenges alongside my peers and receiving invaluable support from university staff. That experience was a significant catalyst for my growth. My donation is a way of "paying it forward"—to give back the support I once received and help create an environment where the next generation of APU students can take on global challenges.
Nearly 20 years have passed since I graduated, but I strongly hope that APU students continue to challenge themselves on the global stage. I also hope that APU will rise in global rankings and grow into a university recognized and chosen by the world. One of my goals is to connect APU alumni and create new business opportunities. APU's greatest strength is its worldwide alumni network. Through this fund, I hope not only to support the next generation but also to foster connections among alumni, paving the way for new ventures and opportunities.
