How to Give － Groups and Corporations
Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University requests your support in the form of donations, joint research,
industry-academia-government collaboration and other ventures.
For companies and organizations
If you would like to:
- Donate to the scholarship fund
- Support joint research or industry-academia-government partnerships
- Make a donation to improve campus facilities

For alumni, circles and related groups
Alumni, circles and related groups can make a donation as a unit.
Funds raised by alumni groups or funds remaining from reunions can also be contributed as donations.

The procedure for making a donation is as follows:

Contact us to receive the necessary donation forms. After filling in the necessary information and affixing your seal (inkan), send the form by post to the address below.
- Please click here (Giving Menu List) to see a list of options when choosing how you would like your donation to be used
- If your corporation is considering a “Designated Recipient Donation” (eligible for tax deduction), please contact us at the address/number below.

When APU receives your Donation Form, we will send you the necessary forms (remittance form, etc.) based on the type of donation you have indicated.

Transfer the funds to the account indicated.
If the transfer is made using the remittance slip provided by APU, transfer processing fees will be waived.

After the funds have been transferred, we will send you a receipt for your donation by post. For those who have selected a “Designated Recipient Donation”, APU will send you a “Reception Notice”. After the necessary procedures have been completed, you will receive a “Donation Receipt” from the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan.
