Reasons for Participating in the Program

I am the manager of the soccer team, and I was looking for a way to be more involved with the athletes, such as managing the club and supporting them physically and mentally, when I found out about this program. In order to be close to the athletes, knowledge of sports management and finance, which is the theme of the program, is necessary, and this is exactly what I wanted to do! I decided to apply for the program.

How the Program Helped You Grow

The most enjoyable part of the field study was setting up the stadium and determining the ticket prices by ourselves. When I usually shop, I have not often wondered why the prices are set this way, but by actually setting the prices ourselves, I was able to get a closer look at the background and difficulties in determining the prices. In the future, I would like to be someone who not only manages the business but also able to be close to the customers, thinking about what kind of benefits would move the customers' hearts.

Message for Students Interested in The Program

I found the field study to be a wonderful program that allowed me to grow as a person by looking closely at the things around me and consider them. I felt that participating in the program not only facilitated my understanding of APM's specialized subjects, but also provided me with an opportunity to improve my personal qualities.
In the short four years of university, why don’t you participate in this program and experience the opportunity to be deeply involved and think about one thing together with international students? It may take a little courage, but I am sure that you will encounter wonderful meetings and discoveries!
