In this program, various student groups that usually operate separately come together to put on exchange events for the local community.

Since 2011, the program has gone to a new city each year, like a real wagon, to promote international exchange with local residents. So far the program has visited Bungo-ono city, Oita city, Hiji town, Kitakyushu City, Munakata City and Kumamoto.

Seventy-six APU students from 12 different countries and regions visited Himeshima Village in Oita Prefecture on November 25, 2017. The thirty-five domestic and forty-one international students did an exchange event in the gymnasium at Himeshima Elementary School.

The APU students and Villagers did international exchange activities and enjoyed each other's performance.
