※Those without an APU-Net ID or Rainbow will not be able to access MyLibrary

Loans can be renewed through “Check Status of Loan/Reservation” via MyLibrary.

• You may renew the loan up to twice. However, you cannot renew the loan after the due date has passed.
• You can also extend the loan period for materials from the Ritsumeikan University Library.

Loans cannot be extended in the following instances:

• When you have overdue materials
• If others have reserved the materials
• The number of extensions has been exceeded
• If you are currently suspended from borrowing
• During special long term loan periods
• Materials from the Reserve corner
