PANGAEA 1

This area is suitable for group study and research activities. It can also be used as a space for discussions and free dialogue.
*This is a place in the library where drinks (plastic bottles, tumblers, etc., with lids) are permitted.
Service Counter

All matters related to reserving, borrowing and returning materials, extending loans and paying overdue fees can be dealt with here.
Reference Counter

The reference counter will help with any inquiries relating to searching for materials and books in the library, finding items on a specific topic, using databases and requesting materials from other academic libraries or research institutions.

AMC(Analytics and Math Center)、ALRCS(Academic and Learning Resource Core Staff)


The AMC offers support for Fundamental Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Advanced Mathematics, and Statistics classes and homework.
ALRCS provides support to students to enable them to take full advantage of the library services & resources, and foster "self-learning".
Writing Center

The Writing Center offers support to students who need help with their English or Japanese writing assignments. Please check the opening hours and book an appointment.
Reserved Corner / Textbook Corner

Textbooks and further reading resources from syllabi can be found here.
These materials may only be used in the library. Some materials may have been purchased as e-books, please refer to the Academic Information syllabus for more information.

Domestic and international newspapers, periodicals can be found here.
AC Library

This corner was established by the Advisory Committee with the hope that all students studying at APU will grow into individuals who can thrive on the world stage. The committee is comprised of heads of state and ambassadors from around the world, as well as leading figures representing Japan, and contributes in various ways to the education and development of APU.
Multimedia Room

The Multimedia Room (MMR) can be used for online lectures, online interviews, report writing, and presentation creation by bringing your own PC. This room has seven permanently installed computers, and you can use specialized software and scanners. For more details, please refer to the Academic Office website.
If you have any problems using the computers, please feel free to ask a student staff member at the ALRCS.
Presentation Room, Group Study Rooms


There are four Group Study Rooms and a presentation room, each with a monitor and whiteboard. Rooms must be reserved prior to use through the “Facilities Reservation System”, accessed via the library homepage.
