An international APU student from China will appear on TV Oita's "TOS Super News" on Friday, June 19th.
The news piece will feature students rehearsing their stage performance for the Oita Japan-China Friendship Festival to be held on Saturday, June 20th in Wakakusa Park in Oita. Student representative LU Fan (APM5, China) will be interviewed by TOS.

The Oita Japan-China Friendship Festival is an event run by Chinese students from 4 universities in the Prefecture—APU, Oita University, Beppu University and Nihon Bunri University—that aims to teach the people of Oita about China's traditional culture and art. Attractions include traditional Chinese dance and music, including the Lion Dance, and other stage performances. Visitors can also enjoy steamed dumplings, pork buns, almond jelly and other delights from the Chinese food stalls. We hope you can all make it.

Venue: Wakakusa Park, Oita City
(The event will be held in light rain. If there is heavy rain, the performances will be held at the Galleria Takemachi Dome Plaza.)
Stage Performances: Traditional dance, traditional music, Lion Dance, Tai Chi and more
Food Stalls: Almond jelly, pork buns, chive pie, mapo tofu, steamed dumplings, and "China burgers"
*There will also be a free Chinese tea tasting booth
