Women's Athletics Team to participate in Japan Intercollegiate Women's Ekiden Championship

The APU Women's Athletics Team triumphed at the preliminary race of the 25th Japan Intercollegiate Women's Ekiden Championship held on June 23.

APU put in a spectacular effort to finish first place with an aggregate time of 1 hour 42 minutes and 25.33 and have thus earned the right to appear as the representatives for Kyushu at the national championships.

The times of the APU runners who finished in the top-six are as follows:

On Sunday, October 28, Women's Athletics Team will participate in the 25th Japan Intercollegiate Women's Ekiden Championship' in Miyagi Prefecture.

The team is undertaking a grueling training schedule in preparation for the 25th Japan Intercollegiate Women's Ekiden Championship. Both the athletes and all the members of the Women's Athletics Team will make every effort to put in a performance they can be proud of. Everyone, show your support by cheering them on!
