APU has established the Asia Pacific Innovation Management Center (AP-IMAC) as an RCAPS affiliated research centre in response to the increasing needs for innovation management (IM) throughout the world and especially Asia. By establishing the AP-IMAC, we aim to promote the construction of our global network, become Asia's leader in innovation management education, research, international and local contribution, and become an "educational and research centre for the Asia Pacific region" in the field of innovation management (IM).
Local contribution initiatives and their further promotion
Over the last four years our university has held a range of events across four sites in Kyushu such as the "Management of Technology (MOT) seminar for Kyushu manufacturing", the "Oita City MOT Course" and the "Inspiring and Exciting Science" for high school students. Based on these initiatives and outcomes, we will continue to endeavor in our efforts to make further contributions to the region through IM.
Please feel free to consult with us if you ever have any international/regional contributions such as IM seminars, Asian market marketing or idea creation with international/domestic students etc which could be realized with collaboration with the AP-IMAC.
