Outline of Graduate Facilities

Location	2nd Floor Building B
Usable by	Graduate School Students only
Opening Hours	Weekdays only (closed weekends, holidays, and days the Academic Office is closed) 8:00 – 24:00 10:00 – 24:00 (Cyber Study Room)

Cyber Study Room	You can use software listed on the below page in the Cyber Study Room. Basic Support - Software
Usage on Non-class Days	Submit a Request for Special Permission for Non-Class Day Usage form to the Academic Office at least 2 business days prior to use.
Graduate Library	Available to all graduate students. Book Collections are browsable on the right side inside the Academic Office. See here for reservations and instructions.

	Master Lockers	PhD Lockers
Location	Master’s Student Common Rooms (GSA/GSM)	Hallway next to the Doctoral Student Common Room
Application	1 Locker per student, application here	1 Locker and Desk per student, application here
Emptying Lockers	Students who must empty their lockers at the end of the semester: - Graduating students - Students who are withdrawing / taking Leave of Absence this semester Deadline for Emptying Lockers: Spring Semester: last working day of August Fall Semester: last working day of February Note: Any items left behind after this point will be disposed of
Notes on Usage	1. Do not leave food or beverages in the locker. 2. Do not leave valuables in the locker. 3. Do not leave hazardous items in the locker. 4. In principle, the PIN code combination should remain the same for your entire locker usage period. Contact the Academic Office (ac-grad@apu.ac.jp) in case you need to reset your PIN. 5. Do not share your PIN with anyone. 6. Note that the Academic Office is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. 7. Lockers must be emptied upon your graduation and any items left behind will be disposed of. 8. Lockers are not available for those who withdraw or are on a leave of absence. Please note that the Academic Office will clear all items out of the locker once withdrawal/leave of absence takes effect.
