On January 24, the Ritsumeikan Center for Asia Pacific Studies (RCAPS) of the APU Research Office will host a “RCAPS Onigiri Seminar” organized by APU-APS Assistant Professor GOMEZ Oscar. At the seminar, Dr. ISHIWATARI Mikio from Japan International Cooperation Agency will give a special talk entitled “Integrating disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation: filling the financial gap toward a resilient society.”

On January 20, the Ritsumeikan Center for Asia Pacific Studies (RCAPS) of the APU Research Office will host a “RCAPS Current Research Seminar” organized by APU-APM Professor KIM, Sangho.
