1. Company-Proposed Programs (Open to All Academic Years)

Flexible format. Original ideas welcome.
APU take care of the venue and promotion.

 We welcome proposals such as:

  • Workshop-style sessions: Group work where students tackle real business challenges from your company
  • Roundtable discussions: Casual, slide-free conversations where employees and students can speak openly
  • Alumni networking sessions: Career talks and Q&A sessions led by APU alumni, including how they leverage their study-abroad experiences
  • Product / service experience sessions: Hands-on opportunities for students to try your products or services

The university supports the venue and student outreach, while your company is free to design and deliver the content.
We look forward to hosting programs on the APU campus that genuinely engage and inspire students.

Programs We Are Unable to Accept

  • One-way company information sessions

At APU, one-way information sharing is offered through our “1. Video-Based Matching Program,” which allows companies to disseminate information without time or location constraints.
This custom-made program is intended strictly for interactive, two-way engagement.

  • Activities aimed at recruitment for staffing agencies, employment placement services, career support services, or other membership-based services
As the university operates a licensed employment placement service, the use of campus facilities for solicitation, registration, or promotion of such services—whether for-profit or non-profit (including volunteer-based services)—is strictly prohibited.
  • Events focused solely on career support or job-hunting assistance
Under university policy, career support programs on campus must be planned and operated by the university, or by partner organizations with which the university has a formal service contract.
To ensure fairness and student protection, we do not permit independently organized events by companies that do not directly relate to recruitment opportunities.
  • *The university’s support is limited to venue provision and promotional assistance.
On-site operational support on the day of the event cannot be provided.

2. Corporate Collaboration Initiatives Beyond Recruitment

APU leverages its diverse student and faculty body, representing a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds, as well as its global network, to further support corporate growth.
In addition to programs that cultivate globally capable talent and develop leaders who can turn diversity into an organizational strength through a deeper understanding of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), APU also collaborates with companies and local communities to promote problem-solving projects and joint research initiatives.
