At Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), we offer consultation meetings on recruitment activities and internship programs with the aim of creating meaningful matching opportunities between students and organizations. These meetings go beyond simple information exchange—they serve as a platform for dialogue to foster valuable connections for both students and employers.
We particularly welcome discussions with organizations that:
- Have a clear intention to recruit (e.g., planning new graduate hiring or internship programs, and actively considering the recruitment and utilization of APU students)
- Are open to diverse talent (e.g., recruiting international students, operating in English-speaking environments, or fostering multicultural workplaces)
- Are considering concrete collaboration opportunities with APU Can provide valuable opportunities for students (e.g., programs that enhance practical understanding of work)
How to Request a Meeting:
If you wish to schedule a meeting with staff from the APU Student Office, please submit your request via the online application form.
- Meetings are available by prior application only.
- We are unable to arrange individual schedules for each organization. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Due to a high volume of requests from companies and organizations, we are expanding available slots as much as possible; however, we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred timing. Thank you for your understanding.
