(For students currently doing job hunting) Regarding the issuance of certificates for job hunting activities

Students who are currently doing job hunting should kindly note the following points in terms of certificates that may be required for their job-hunting activities.

Regarding Health Certificates

Please note that you may or may not be issued a Health Certificate depending on the timing you did your annual health checkup.
- If you did your annual health checkup (the last time) in last year’s spring semester, you cannot be issued a Certificate
- If you did your annual health checkup in last year’s fall semester or later, you can be issued a Certificate.

Therefore, if you are asked by a company to submit a health certificate, you may inform them about the situation (such as no chance to go for a health checkup as APU’s classes are being conducted online), consult with them for alternatives and follow their instructions. (Kindly note that it is also possible to go to your nearest hospital for a health checkup.)

Regarding Transcript of Academic Record, and other
If you require a Transcript of Academic Record or other certificates, please refer to the Student Office website through the link below and check “How to request Certificates/Transcripts” for more details.
