Mr. Takashi HARADA, Director, Development Policy Division, International Cooperation Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan, will visit APU and give us a talk. He plays a key role in policy formation for international development cooperation policy of Japan.
The lecture will be given in Japanese. However, the questions-answers session will be made in a bi-lingal manner. Those who are OK to listen to Japanese lecture are welcome to this seminar.
