The global pandemic has underscored the importance of redefining the value of leadership that fosters inclusivity and sustainability within organizations. In this seminar, we will explore how the worldwide COVID-19 crisis has impacted inclusive leadership within multinational enterprises (MNEs). By analyzing statements from CEOs of 120 MNEs across six countries - France, India, Japan, South Korea, UK, and USA -we will unveil the effects and examine the correlation between key actions of inclusive leadership and sustainable corporate practices.
