International & Community Service

Under this project, several universities based in the region aim to create employment and encourage students to remain in the area after graduation by cooperating with local governments, companies, NPOs, and civic organizations to develop human resources who can succeed in the region, to revitalize local industries in a university-led effort, and to promote the accumulation of population in the area.
