Transportation to Campus
We respectfully request that attendees use public transportation when traveling to the university. Please refrain from coming by private vehicle.
Attendance Limit for the Ceremony Hall
Should attendance by family and other guests exceed the capacity of the venue, some attendees may be asked to view the ceremony via a live stream from an alternative location on campus. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
About Photo and Video Shooting
Photos and videos will be taken by APU staff and media on the day of the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a nearby APU staff member. If you have any concerns after the event, please contact us at the following:
