Borrowing Sound Equipment and Event Amplifier

You are required to have three or more members join a Sound Equipment Guidance session if you wish to borrow and use the sound equipment and the event amplifier. If you are planning to use the sound equipment in the future, please make sure to attend one of the sessions ahead of time.

From the beginning, the university has lent out equipment, such as chairs and tables, to students to help support their activities. Sound equipment is also included in items that can be loaned out. Students are required to have basic knowledge and skills on its use. However, there have been some cases where some equipment has been damaged due to lack of knowledge and skills. Sometimes, these incidents affect other student events. In order to prevent these cases from happening, the university requires all student organizations to attend a guidance session.
