6-1. APU Seminar House
APU Seminar House, located in AP House 1 and 2, has been established as a means for students to further their studies, research, or cultural activities on a self-motivated or group basis. We ask that people who are intending to use Seminar House do so in a moderate and thoughtful way so as to not cause disturbances to AP House residents and other organizations.
Booking and Using the Seminar Room

Reservations for the AP House Seminar Room can be made up to one month in advance, and applications must be made at least one week before the day you want to use the room.

- *If a student who does not belong to a student organization wishes to use the facility, they must consult with and obtain approval from the AP House Team at least two weeks prior to the intended date of use.
- *Please submit your application well in advance, as the approval process at each office may require some time.
