APU Seminar House, located in AP House 1 and 2, has been established as a means for students to further their studies, research, or cultural activities on a self-motivated or group basis. We ask that people who are intending to use Seminar House do so in a moderate and thoughtful way so as to not cause disturbances to AP House residents and other organizations.

Booking and Using the Seminar Room

For the detailed information on the Seminar Room, please refer to the Use of APU Seminar House.

Reservations for the AP House Seminar Room can be made up to one month in advance, and applications must be made at least one week before the day you want to use the room.

Project Application
*For Student Activities
2 weeks prior to the event For any projects or activities that will use the Seminar House, submit the Project/Event Application to the Outreach and Research Office at least 2 weeks before the intended use, and obtain approval no later than 10 days prior to the event. 2nd floor, Building A

The application procedures and required forms differ depending on the type of activity, such as “Clubs & Circles,” “Week,” or “Events & Projects.”

Entry・Exit - The representative will complete the entry and exit procedures. AP House Security Office

  • *If a student who does not belong to a student organization wishes to use the facility, they must consult with and obtain approval from the AP House Team at least two weeks prior to the intended date of use.
  • *Please submit your application well in advance, as the approval process at each office may require some time.
