APU in the Year 2020 - We Want Your Feedback:

Jan 31, 2011

Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2010, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) opened in April 2000 and is now formulating its Vision for the University in 2020. Based on the achievements of the last 10 years, the APU 2020 Vision aims to clarify the direction and role APU should take in regional and international society in the year 2020 under the University's founding philosophy of "Freedom, Peace and Humanism, International Mutual Understanding, and the Future Shape of the Asia Pacific Region".
The APU 2020 Vision is being compiled with the participation of all University stakeholders including students, faculty, staff, parents and graduates. The initial proposal can be viewed at the webpage listed below and is the result of discussions on the three themes of "Education", "Research" and "Social Contribution".

We are very interested in your thoughts and opinions on the APU 2020 Vision and we want to hear from you. Based on your feedback and further discussions, we plan to finalize the APU 2020 Vision in mid March.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Feedback and opinions will be accepted from Friday, Jan 28 until Friday, Feb 18.
